Mr. Fernando Garza-Zivec is Senior Quantitative Analyst at ING Investment Management Co. Mr. Garza-Zivec joined ING Investment Management in December 2004.
He joined ING Investment Management from First Quadrant where he was responsible for European equity research.
Prior to that, he held a variety of positions at BARRA Inc., where he developed equity risk models for Japan and Mexico.
He began his investment career as an oil analyst at P.M.I.
International Commerce, the trading arm of Mexico’s state oil company.
Mr. Garza-Zivec graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S.
in mathematics and received his M.A.
in mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
