Mr. Francis McCullough is a Global Head of CLO Capital Markets & Structuring at Sound Point Capital Management LP.
He joined Sound Point in February 2020.
Additionally, Mr. McCullough serves on the firm’s Risk Committee and CLO Risk Committee.
Mr. McCullough has over 16 years of experience in corporate debt securitization and managing complex multi-party transactions.
Prior to joining Sound Point, Mr. McCullough was Managing Director and Global Head of New Issue CLOs at Deutsche Bank, where he led both the U.S.
and U.K.
based teams in originating, structuring and syndicating CLOs.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2003, Mr. McCullough was an investment banker at HSBC in London.
He began his career as a structural engineer at Klockner Stadler Hurter in Montreal.
Mr. McCullough earned a B.Eng.
and an M.Eng.
in Structural/Civil Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal and an M.B.A. from London Business School.
