Pinon is a Managing Director & Head of Emerging Markets at Scotia Capital (USA), Inc.

Mr. Pinon began his career with Scotiabank in 1981, holding various positions including Head of US Funding and Trading and Head of US Fixed Income.
He holds a MBA from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management, and an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Toronto.
