CIDC Consultants is an active manager which invests in companies in the biotech (drug development, diagnostic kits, health care, advanced technology) and electronics/IT (IC design, wireless communications, broadband communications, online multimedia content, microelectromechanical devices, nanotechnology) sectors in Taiwan and internationally. The firm makes direct and indirect investments in companies, aiming to create value for shareholders and for the investee company. They partner with their affiliates to leverage their capital, business relationships, industry expertise and information network and invite their investment partners or shareholders to participate in the investment by taking significant ownership positions in their investee companies.
