In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.

Tocqueville Finance SA is the asset management subsidiary of La Banque Postale SA, which is owned by La Poste SA in France. Headquartered in Paris, the firm was founded in 1991 and offers tailor-made investment solutions to private individual and institutional clients.
