The firm partners with their investee companies, providing them with a range of support including helping to develop their strategy, defining and monitoring their financial and strategic objectives, selecting the management team, acting as a soundboard for management without interfering in their daily management and providing access to their network of industrial and financial contacts. The board of directors makes the firm's strategic decisions on investments and divestments, with management having veto power.
