Gerald Brant

Mr. Gerald Brant is Administrator at Prospect Capital Management LLC.
Mr. Brant's prior legal experience includes representing top-tier private equity funds and private companies in a variety of corporate finance, change of control and related transactions.
Prior to joining Prospect, he was a corporate associate at the law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
During that time, he represented public and private companies in acquisitions and divestitures as well as public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities.
He also worked with private equity funds relating to venture capital and private equity investments, as well as well as other structuring matters.
He also had a specialty in general futures and commodities matters.
Mr. Brant graduated magna cum laude from Columbia College with a B.A.
in Mathematics and Economics and graduated from Columbia Law School, where he served on the Columbia Business Law Review as a staff member.
