Gerard Patrick Rocchi

Mr. Rocchi is a director of the Investment Counsel Association of Canada, a member of the Index Advisory Panel that advises Standard and Poor's and the Toronto Stock Exchange on index construction, a member of the Rules Advisory Committee of Regulation Services, Inc. and a member of the Investment Funds Advisory council of the Ontario Securities Commission.
Prior to joining BGI in 1997, Mr. Rocchi spent 16 years with Imperial Oil and Exxon, in a variety of financial management roles, including pension fund management.
He received an MBA in finance and a BA in economics from the University of Toronto.
