Gordon Cook

Mr. Cook joined LLCP in 2007.
Mr. Cook is senior portfolio manager for the CLO business in addition to identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and managing existing investments.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Cook spent seven years with ING Capital Advisors and its successor, West Gate Horizons Advisors, managing a portfolio of senior debt investments in the Cable, Telecom, Metals & Mining, Business Service, Oil & Gas and Utilities industries.
Previously, he was a Vice President at BNP Paribas responsible for originating, structuring and syndicating non-recourse debt for Power and Energy clients in the U.S.
and Latin America.
Prior to BNP Paribas, Mr. Cook spent six years at Citicorp Securities – Structured Finance where he was involved in leveraged and project finance.
Mr. Cook holds an MBA from the Darden Business School, University of Virginia and a B.A.
in German and Government from Dartmouth College.
Mr. Cook is a CFA Level III candidate.
