Companies seeking first round funding and beyond are expected to have demonstrated that they have recruited of an experienced CEO and CTO, have a functioning board including an experienced Chairman and at least one non-executive director appointed by IIIM, have financial controls and responsible financial management, have resolved initial intellectual property technical risk, have a clear, credible and commercial business plan and have identified a location for the company to achieve full independence IIIM works toward exits through trade sales, mergers or IPOs.
