Grant Norris

As a Vice President with Valesco, Grant Norris’ duties encompass portfolio performance, financial modeling, analysis, research and reporting on fund performance.
His insight into our portfolio is integral to our success and the success of our partners.
Grant brings prior experience from internships in private equity to his role at Valesco.
During his time working in other private equity focused environments, he was exposed to various responsibilities and experiences in pipeline management, portfolio management, deal sourcing, and due diligence in Valesco’s core areas of focus: manufacturing, value-added distribution, and product centric services.
Because of this specific industry experience, Grant was a great fit for the Valesco team and has become a valuable asset in our efforts to deliver commitment beyond capital.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.
While at UT Dallas, he was a member of the Professional Program in Finance and competed on the UT Dallas tennis team.
In his free time Grant moonlights as a strongman competitor where he pulls semi-trucks, loads heavy atlas stones onto platforms and overhead presses odd implements such as rocks, logs and circus dumbbells.
