Mr. DeMars joined Glencoe in 2009.
He came to Glencoe from P&M Corporate Finance, where he spent three years as an Investment Banking Analyst working on various mergers and acquisition transactions and capital markets advisory assignments in a range of industries.
Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, he worked with the Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Quantitative Investments Team in New York City, primarily focused on quantitative analysis and business development for the index and enhanced index fund institutional portfolios.
Mr. DeMars earned his B.S.
in Finance and Economics from the University of Dayton.
