The Central Pennsylvania Festival of The Arts is an annual summer event held each July in downtown State College and on the Penn State University Park campus. Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit local council dedicated to empowering girls from kindergarten through 12th grade across central and northeastern Pennsylvania.
