Ignasius Jonan

Ignasius Jonan is currently serving as an Independent Commissioner at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk since 2019.
He is also a Trustee at Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Katolik Atmajaya, and Soegijapranata Catholic University.
In addition, he holds the position of President Commissioner at PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk since 2021.
Mr. Jonan previously worked as the Chief Executive Officer at PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) from 2001 to 2006.
He also served as the Director of the Private Equity Group at Citigroup, Inc. from 1999 to 2001 and as the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Citigroup, Inc. from 2006 to 2008.
From 2009 to 2014, he held the position of President Director at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
Mr. Jonan has also served as the Minister of Energy & Mineral Resources for the Government of Indonesia.
He has experience as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. (Indonesia) and as a Senior Manager at Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Mr. Jonan's education includes a graduate degree from Fletcher School of Law in 2005 and an undergraduate degree from Universitas Airlangga in 1986.
