Mr. Clegg received a B.B.A. in Finance and the Business Honors Program from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984 and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986.
From 1986-1991, he held positions as an equity trader, security analyst, and portfolio manager at American Capital Management and Research in Houston.
From 1991-1996 he was a Vice President and portfolio manager, and became a principal and director of research at Luther King Capital Management in Fort Worth, Texas.
He joined Davis Hamilton Jackson & Associates in 1996.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and a Chartered Investment Counselor.
