James D. McNitt

Mr. McNitt joined Chicago Growth Partners in September 2003.
He was previously with WBCP.
Prior to joining WBCP, Mr. McNitt was the Chief Operating Officer at LinksCorp LLC, a national golf management company.
Additionally, Mr. McNitt spent over 18 years in Account Management at Leo Burnett Company in Chicago, where he led strategic development/growth of industry-leading brands including Philip Morris, Allstate, Reebok, Keebler and RCA.
Mr. McNitt currently serves on the Board of Directors of Compete and PRIMIS Marketing Group, Inc., and is a Board Observer for DOTS, eInstruction, TimePlus Payroll and Union Corrugating Company.
He is a graduate of Amherst College (BA) and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (MBA).
