James E.
Karlovich is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since 2002.
Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Sullivan & Worcester LLP from 1996 to 2002.
He also served as the Managing Director at McLane Middleton, PA from 1986 to 1996.
Before that, he was a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand International from 1977 to 1986.
Mr. Karlovich completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in 1971.
