Segall Bryant & Hamill LLC (SBH) is a SEC-registered investment advisory firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. The firm was founded in 1994 by Ralph Segall, Charles Bryant and Jonathan Hamill. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of Corient Holdings, Inc., which is owned by CI Financial Corp. (TSX: CIX; OTC: CIXXF) in Canada. SBH provides professional portfolio management of domestic and international equity and fixed income portfolios, and alternative investments, to institutional and intermediary clients. SBH became a signatory of the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) in 2017.

Founded in 1983, Weiss Capital Management, Inc., formerly known as Weiss Money Management, is a registered investment advisor located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The firm is a subsidiary of Weiss Group LLC. Weiss Capital management manages assets for individuals, pension plans, trust accounts, institutional accounts, charitable organizations, foundations and investment companies. They also manage the Weiss Fund, an open-end mutual fund.
