Swedbank Robur Fonder AB (Swedbank Robur) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of Swedbank Robur AB, itself a subsidiary of Swedbank AB (STO: SWED.A, ADR: SWDBY) in Sweden. Founded in 1967, the firm is headquartered in Stockholm and manages a range of equity and fixed-income funds for private individuals and institutions including unions, primarily in Sweden. They also provide discretionary account management for institutional clients. Swedbank Robur is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).

Folksam Fond AB (FF) is a subsidiary of Swedbank Robur AB. Previously controlled by the non-life insurance company Folksam Ömsesidig Sakförsäkring, FF was acquired in 2007. The firm was established in 1994 and is located in Stockholm. FF distributes funds managed by Swedbank Robur since June 2007.
