Jane Mary Castle

Ms. Jane M.
Castle is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Avenue Capital Management II LP.
She is responsible for assisting with the direction of the investment activities of the Avenue U.S.
Strategy.
Prior to joining Avenue in 2008, Ms. Castle was a Managing Director and Head of U.S.
Distressed Research at Lehman Brothers, Inc. covering stressed and distressed companies across numerous sectors over a ten year period.
Prior to Lehman, she was a High Grade analyst at Citigroup Inc. She received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude (1994) and an M.B.A. in Finance from Stanford University (1999), where she was the recipient of the Alexander Robichek Award (finance achievement award).
