JANELLE HOFEDITZ MANAGING DIRECTOR Janelle Hofeditz is a Managing Director at TELEO Capital.
Janelle’s primary responsibilities include investor relations, ESG, and community initiatives.
Janelle brings over 20 years of experience in financial services.
Janelle worked at Standard Pacific Capital, a multi-billion-dollar investment firm, where she held multiple roles including Director of Marketing & Investor Relations and Director of Recruiting.
At Standard Pacific Capital, she raised capital for multiple strategies, in addition to building out the team infrastructure.
Previously, Janelle also worked in executive recruiting at Russell Reynolds Associates in the Financial Services group.
Janelle began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns.
Most recently, Janelle worked as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
In that role, she worked across departments on long-term planning connected to academics, career management, admissions, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
Janelle earned an M.B.A.
from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S.
in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University.
