Ms. Hennessy joined Advent International in 1990.
She previously worked for Investments Orange Nassau, a Dutch-owned venture capital firm affiliated with Advent, as administrative partner and chief financial officer and as a director of several of the firm's funds.
Prior to Orange Nassau, she was divisional controller for SCA Services, a publicly held waste services company, and spent five years as an audit manager with Peat Marwick.
Ms. Hennessy holds a BS in Accounting, with high honors, from Bentley College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
