Mr. Baker joined Wafra's Real Estate Division in 2002.
From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Baker was employed at Reuters where he developed and maintained global financial valuation products.
He then worked for Goldman Sachs real estate (Whitehall - acquisitions) group as an associate, where he was responsible for tracking publicly traded real estate companies and presented investment opportunities to senior management.
Mr. Baker also developed advanced financial models for various departments within the investment and merchant bank.
Mr. Baker received his BBA in Accounting from Adelphi University and an MBA in management from C.W.
Post.
Mr. Baker is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
