Jeanne Schwab

Prior to joining Carmel Partners in 2003, Ms. Schwab worked for Archstone-Smith, a public REIT, in various operations roles and was responsible for managing a large multi-state portfolio.
Ms. Schwab oversaw day-to-day operations of 4,900 units in Denver, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas markets.
Ms. Schwab’s multi-family experience began in 1993 for Trammell Crow Residential.
Ms. Schwab received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
Ms. Schwab is a member of the Colorado Apartment Association.
