Jeff E. Tomlins

Mr. Tomlins has over 15 years of corporate development, mergers/acquisitions, private equity and venture capital experience with several companies including The Williams Companies, Gemstar-TV Guide International, VarTec Telecom and Chevron.
Mr. Tomlins has participated in numerous initial public offerings, joint ventures, limited partnerships and divestitures.
His industry focus has primarily been media, telecommunications, technology and oil & gas.
Mr. Tomlins graduated with a B.S.
in petroleum engineering, with Distinction, from Stanford University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
He also is a U.S.
patent holder.
