His career in the financial industry spans over 22 years.
Mr. Hays first gained experience as a Financial Advisor at Wheat First Union prior to launching Hays Advisory in 2001.
Hays Advisory is an institutional research and asset management firm where he served as a Principal and President for 14 years.
Under his leadership the firm grew from just a few million dollars under management to over a billion dollars in assets.
In 2016, Mr. Hays stepped down as President of Hays to lead Cypress Capital where he has used his experience as both an advisor and an institutional money manager to help develop a sophisticated investment platform that provides professional asset management directly to the individual investor.
He studied at Lipscomb University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1994 with an emphasis in Marketing.
