Orangeburg National Bank, Sumter National Bank, Bank of Ridgeway and Florence National Bank are the Group's wholly owned subsidiaries. The deposits accepted by the Group include business and personal checking accounts, NOW accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposits and other deposit services. The Group offers commercial, financial, agricultural, real estate and consumer loans. The other services offered by the Group include safe deposit boxes, night depository service, tax deposits sale of U S Treasury bonds, notes and bills and other U S government securities and consumer and commercial Internet banking services and automated teller service. It operates through 9 branch offices and 4 Mortgage loan offices in South Carolina.
