Jerson Kelman

Jerson Kelman founded Brazilian Association of Water Resources in 1977, where he worked as President & Director from 1977 to 1988.
Dr. Kelman also currently works at Iguá Saneamento SA, as Director, Operador Nacional do Sistema Elétrico, as Director, Companhia de Seguros do Estado de São Paulo, as Director, and various other companies.
Dr. Kelman also formerly worked at Light SA, as Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2012, Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo SABESP, as Chief Executive Officer & Director from 2015 to 2018, National Water Agency, as President & Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2004, and various other companies.
Dr. Kelman received his doctorate degree in 1976 from Colorado State University, graduate degree in 1973 from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, undergraduate degree in 1971 from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and graduate degree from Alberto Luiz Coimbra Institute.
