Mr. James Langley is a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Asset Management LLC.

Previously, he was a vice president of institutional sales with Roosevelt & Cross in New York City.
He also spent 15 years at Shearson Lehman Advisors and its subsequent firms, which included Greenwich Street Advisors, Smith Barney Asset Management, Citi Asset Management and Western Asset Management.
During that time, he was a member of the Separately Managed Account Portfolio Management Team, overseeing municipal bond portfolios for residents of California, New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
He began his career at J.J.
Kenny running the firm’s Midwest Institutional Trading desk.
Mr. Langley earned a B.A.
in economics from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
