Jo Ann Clipp

Jo Ann serves as a Project Manager for Enhanced Capital and supports the Climate Finance and Impact Real Estate departments.
Her responsibilities include underwriting and deal execution for tax equity transactions, namely the firm’s solar tax credit deals.
Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Jo Ann was a Senior Manager for CohnReznick LLP, a nationally recognized accounting firm specializing in Low-Income Housing, Historic, Renewable Energy, and New Markets Tax Credits.
She has over twenty years of experience and was instrumental in closing over two hundred tax credit financing transactions with an emphasis on the Low-Income Housing, Historic, and New Markets Tax Credits.
Jo Ann received an MBA from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as a BA from Frostburg State University.
