Delta Lloyd Asset Management NV (DLAM) is the independent asset management subsidiary of Delta Lloyd NV (XA: DL, ADR: DLLLY) in The Netherlands. Founded in 1807 as Hollandsche Societeit van Levensverzekeringen, one of the first life insurance companies in Europe, the firm became Delta in 1967 and Delta Lloyd in 1969 when Delta and Nedlloyd merged. Located in Amsterdam, DLAM is a socially responsible firm which manages Delta Lloyd's insurance company investments and the OHRA and Delta Lloyd range of funds for institutional and private investors.

Baring Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. (BAM-Asia) is an asset management firm headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm was founded in 1976 and is a subsidiary of Baring Asset Management (Asia) Holdings Ltd., which is ultimately owned by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. in the US. BAM-Asia manages assets locally and distributes their institutional products and managed funds to a range of clients which includes central banks and pension funds. They distribute their retail funds via intermediaries.
