Joe Schlater

Mr. Joe Schlater is Senior Advisor at Miracle Mile Advisors LLC.
He has over 20 years of experience in asset and risk management, sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Miracle Mile in July 2009, Mr. Schlater worked with ultra high net worth individuals at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco, advising on asset allocation, risk management and the liquidation of concentrated positions.
Joe also managed relationships for corporate clients of Morgan Stanley in the areas of capital markets, equity sales and derivatives transactions.
Prior to this role, he provided investment advice to high net worth individuals and advised on the sale of restricted securities while at Hambrecht and Quist in San Francisco.
He has also served as a member of the Advisory Board for the University of San Francisco Business School for four years and is a Senior Advisor for the minority-owned broker-dealer Blaylock Robert Van.
Mr. Schlater is currently serving his sixth year as a member of the national board of directors for After School All-Stars, a non-profit organization devoted to the education and social welfare of inner city youths.
Mr. Schlater received a BS in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
