Joel M. Brenner

Mr. Brenner brings to Fireman Capital Partners many years of design and construction experience working as an architect and executive project director for the majority of his career.
The most notable experiences have been his 10 year career at Goldman Sachs culminating with his position as executive project director for the Goldman Sachs office tower in Jersey City.
After leaving Goldman Sachs, he held a position as the director of capital projects for the Northeast region at Citigroup with particular focus on leading the efforts to develop a new office tower in Long Island City adjacent to the current tower.
Mr. Brenner attended the Rhode Island School of Design, graduating with a dual degree in Fine Arts and Architecture.
He has maintained his license as a registered architect in New York since 1988.
He resides on Long Island with his wife and their two children.
