Mr. Carter is also the founder of Carter Multifamily Growth & Income Fund LLC.
Mr. Carter was previously the Executive Chairman of Carter Validus Advisors II LLC, Carter Validus REIT Management Company II LLC, Carter Multifamily Fund Management Co. LLC, Carter Multifamily Growth & Income Fund II LLC, Cx Reagan Crossing Manager, LLC, and the Director of Institute For Portfolio Alternatives.
Mr. Carter is the President of Cx Station At Poplar Tent Dst and Cx Lullwater At Blair Stone Dst.
