John Nugent

Mr. John Nugent is Operations Partner at TSG Equity Partners LLC.
He currently serves as CEO and Director of FirstPoint Energy Corporation.
He is an EVP of the Entrepreneurial Resources Group (ERG), a professional service firm providing experienced executives to companies searching for operational improvements.
He has also served as the CEO of World Energy Exchange.
Previously, Mr. Nugent was President & COO of Duro-Test Lighting Corporation, a lighting components manufacturer that was an investment of the Thomas H.
Lee Company (THL).
He also served as EVP & CFO of Anchor Advanced Products, Inc., another THL investment, which manufactures specialty plastic components.
In addition, he has served as SVP, CFO & Controller of $1.1 billion revenue and $600 million revenue divisions of North American Philips Corporation; as well as CFO of divisions of GTE Sylvania, Inc. ranging in size from $50 million to $300 million in revenues.
Mr. Nugent received a BS in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Boston College.
He has also completed the executive program at Stanford University and the GTE Financial Management Development Program.
