Jon Erik Larson

Prior to joining Trimaran, Dr. Larson was a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group of CIBC World Markets Corp.
where he focused primarily on investments in high voltage transmission assets, including the February 2003 acquisition of International Transmission Company from DTE Energy.
Prior to joining CIBC World Markets Corp., he worked in the Public Utilities and Mergers & Acquisitions groups at Lehman Brothers.
Dr. Larson received his B.A.
from Gustavus Adolphus College, his M.B.A.
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Ph.D.
from Duke University.
