He previously spent seven years at William Blair & Company in Chicago, working in corporate finance on public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.
He also spent two years in commercial banking at Citibank and First Interstate Bank.
Mr. Fenn received his BS with a concentration in finance and economics from the University of Denver, his MBA with a concentration in finance from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
