Mr. Yormak joined Broadway Partners in 2003 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
In this prior position, Mr. Yormak coordinated, structured and executed approximately $1.2B worth of acquisitions, dispositions and related financing and served as the asset manager over Broadway's portfolio.
Prior to joining Broadway, Mr. Yormak was a senior associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he worked on single asset and portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, and secured and unsecured financings.
Mr. Yormak received a B.A. from Colby College, and a J.D.
from Fordham University School of Law.
