Huatai-PineBridge Fund Management Co., Ltd. (Huatai-PineBridge FM) is an independent Chinese fund management firm which was founded in 2004 through a joint venture between Pinebridge Investment Co., Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. and Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Park Co., Ltd. Formerly known as AIG Huatai Fund Management Co. Ltd., the firm changed their name to Huatai-PineBridge Fund Management Co., Ltd. in 2010. Huatai-PineBridge FM is headquartered in Shanghai and manages a range of funds for individual and institutional investors.

AIG-Huatai Fund Management Co. Ltd. was established in 2004 through a joint venture agreement between Huatai Securities Co., Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Park Co. and AIG Global Investment Corp. which is a subsidiary of American International Group (NYSE:AIG). AIG and Huatai each hold 49% interest in the firm. AIG-Huatai provides investment management and financial services to institutions and private individuals in mainland China. They manage mutual funds and an exchange traded fund. The firm aims at integrating Huatai's local market expertise with AIG's international experience in asset management, within local regulatory constraints.
