Kate Herr

Kate joined Oxeon in 2013 and as one of the earliest employees, has a wide range of experience across the healthcare ecosystem, leading searches in women’s health, healthcare consumerism & innovation, revenue cycle management, urgent care, and behavioral health services and technologies.
Kate spent her early career at Oxeon leading searches for some of our most critical client relationships including Intermountain Healthcare, Atlantic Health, Maven Clinic, athenahealth, as well as within the portfolio companies of Warburg Pincus and New Mountain Capital.
Given Kate’s penchant for human capital work, she moved full time into a talent strategy role working hand and hand with Oxeon’s leadership to drive effective people and development practices within Oxeon.
She leans on her experience working at Oxeon as well as her intellectual curiosity and passion for development to build systems that enable Oxeon’s people to operate at their highest potential.
