Kenneth Ibbett was formerly the managing director at Bear Stearns Asset Management Ltd and principal partner of Lynx Capital Ventures which was acquired by Azini Capital in September 2008.
Mr. Ibbett brings to Azini Capital 25 years of operational, financial and media experience.
As Chairman of Virgin Media Group, he invested in, managed and successfully exited a range of media companies spanning radio stations (Oui FM, Virgin Radio and Ginger Media Group), digital post production facilities (Virgin Digital Studios including Rushes, 525 and West One TV), an ISP (Virgin.net), CD Rom magazine and book publishing (Virgin Sound & Vision and Virgin Books).
He sits on the boards of portfolio companies OB10, iForce and Investis.
Prior to Virgin, he was Director of Corporate Strategy at EMAP plc and spent 8 years in investment banking with Schroders and Bankers Trust International.
