Kerry Horsley

Ms. Kerry Horsley is a Head of Risk & Compliance at M&G Investment Managers (Pty) Ltd.
She joined Prudential in 2010 and is responsible for governance, which includes: regulatory compliance; operational risk management; the legal function; control insurance and responsible investment.
Ms. Horsley is a member of the Prudential Executive Committee and the Investment Risk Management Committee.
She is also a permanent attendee at all of the Prudential (SA) Group’s Board meetings and Board Subcommittee meetings.
Prior to joining Prudential, Ms. Horsley worked for various financial services providers in a range of compliance and risk management roles.
She has extensive industry experience having been involved in the financial services industry since 1996.
