Kin Keung Lai

Kin Keung Lai is currently the Founding Chairman of the Operational Research Society of Hong Kong.

Dr. Lai was a Professor at City University of Hong Kong from 1985 to 2016 and the Dean of the Business School of Hunan University from 2005 to 2008.
Dr. Lai obtained a doctorate degree from Michigan State University in 1977 and a graduate degree from the same university in 1974.
