Kok Peng Teh

Kok Peng Teh is currently the Chairman of the East Asian Institute, Astrea III Pte Ltd., Lu International Singapore Financial Asset Exchange Pte Ltd., and HollySys Automation Technologies Ltd. He is also an Independent Director at Taikang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte Ltd. Additionally, he serves as a Director at Astrea IV Pte Ltd., Astrea V Pte Ltd., Singapore Life Ltd., Singapore Life Holdings Pte Ltd., and Seviora Holdings Pte Ltd. Since 2003, he has been a Trustee & Member of The Trilateral Commission.
