Larry M. Hicks

Mr. Hicks joined the CapSources family of companies in January 2000 with experience in public accounting and in financial management of companies in various industries in the private sector.
Immediately prior to joining CapSources, he was a practicing CPA, providing small business clients with financial management and general accounting and tax services.
From 1994 through 1998 he was Vice President and Controller for Belmont Constructors, Inc., a $200 million general contractor providing construction and maintenance services to the process industries.
Previously he served in various capacities for more than 15 years with Weatherford International, Inc., a $2 billion multinational service and equipment corporation serving the worldwide energy market.
Early in his career he gained significant management training and experience at TRW and Celanese.
Mr. Hicks is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
He currently serves as Treasurer of the Harris County Republican Party and is affiliated with various community service organizations.
He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.
