Prior to joining PFM in September 2004, Ms. Lowe had experience in Airport Revenues, Gas Taxes, Water, Sewer and Solid Waste System Revenues, Infrastructure Sales Surtax, General Obligation and Capital Revenue Transactions.
She developed and maintained complex Cash Flow Models and Capital Improvement Plans.
Other analyses completed by Ms. Lowe include Pricing, Debt Capacity and Refunding.
In 2008, she was promoted to Senior Managing Consultant.
Since becoming a Senior Managing Consultant, she serves as the project manager to: Bartlett, TN; Chattanooga, TN; Franklin, TN, Germantown, TN, Hamilton County, TN; Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority; and the State of Tennessee.
Ms. Lowe graduated from Mississippi State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
