Mr. Lyall joined GrowthWorks in September 2000 bringing several years of strategic planning experience.
Prior to joining the company Mr. Lyall assisted small and mid-sized businesses in driving their growth by helping in turn-arounds and re-positionings.
Previously he was President and CEO of BCS Technology, a computer telephony integration company where he executed a "dead start" turnaround.
Mr. Lyall also founded and built a consulting practice, Pacific Strategies Group, specializing in strategic planning, marketing strategies and organization effectiveness which focused on industrial, professional, and business to business service, and technology based companies.
Mr. Lyall has an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC.
