Mr. Henderson joined Oaktree Capital Management in May 2007 after having spent three years at Prudential Capital Group, most recently as a Director, where he focused on investments of private placements of debt.
During that period, his responsibilities included analyzing investment opportunities, sourcing deal opportunities, and portfolio management.
Prior thereto, he spent two years at The Industrial Bank of Japan, most recently as an Assistant Vice President focused on the syndicated loan market.
Before that, he spent three years at Suntrust Bank.
Mr. Henderson graduated cum laude with a BS degree in Business from Wake Forest University.
He then went on to receive an MBA in Finance and Management & Strategy from Northwestern University.
