Lucy Stokes

Ms. Lucy Stokes is a Principal Economist at The National Institute of Economic & Social Research.
Her research interests focus primarily on issues relating to education and employment.
Research on education includes consideration of school performance and effectiveness, as well as evaluation of educational interventions.
She also conducts research on various issues concerning employment and labour markets, with a particular interest in employees’ experiences at work.
Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Ms. Stokes was previously a Research Assistant at the Global Economics Department of Lehman Brothers.
She has a BSc Economics (First Class Honors) from the University of Surrey.
