Luisa Todini

Luisa Todini is currently the Chairman of Todini Finanziaria SpA, the Independent Chairman of Net Insurance SpA, and the Chairman of Comitato Leonardo.
She is also the Chairman of Fondazione Poste Insieme Onlus since 2015.
Additionally, she holds positions as the Director of The LUISS University of Rome, the Director of Foundation Italy China, the Managing Director of Proxima Srl, the Director of Fondazione Child, and a Member of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
She is the Sole Partner of Domus Etruria SRL, the Vice President of Green Arrow Capital Asset Management 2 Srl, and the President of Agronetwork.
In the past, Ms. Todini served as the Chairman of Poste Italiane SpA from 2014 to 2017 and the Chairman of Fédération de l'Industrie Européenne de la Construction from 2010 to 2012.
She was also the Chairman of Ecos Energia Srl, UNI-Esco SRL, and Cantina Todini SRL.
She held the position of Director at Rai-Radiotelevisione Italiana SpA from 2012 to 2014 and was a Director at SAVE SpA, Tiesse Holding SRL, Salini Costruttori SpA, Cediv SpA, and Salini SpA. She served as an Independent Member-Supervisory Board at Rothschild & Co. SCA from 2014 to 2021.
Ms. Todini was a Member of the European Parliament from 1994 to 1999 and a Member-General Council of Confindustria from 2015 to 2017.
She is also the Honorary President of Todini Costruzioni Generali SpA and a Partner at Green Arrow Capital SpA. Ms. Todini graduated from Sapienza University of Rome.
